shiny teeth + memories

I got my braces off! Finally, after two years - finally! I'm freaking ecstatic.

But now I have to wear retainers and I sound like an idiot when I talk. Ah, well.

Memory. For me, my memory only reaches back a couple of years - but I do remember moments and tidbits of things. Sound and smell trigger some memories for me. Weird, huh? My friend asked me a question the other day. When you remember something, do your remember it from your point of view? I was like - er, yeah; how else? She said that when she remembers something, for example walking into a hotel room in Cancun - She can see herself walk into the room, from the front and behind. Kind of like this out of body thing. Me, honestly I thought that was kind of cool. I only remember things from my POV - what about you?
